Element and variable in Email Syntax

I am modifying an email to make it dynamic in which CTA is being used as variable. So, I am planning to make that CTA as a dynamic content  by changing that CTA type as a Element but I want to keep CTA as a variable also.

is it possible to keep both element and variable both for same CTA in Marketo? If yes - please share syntax for that combination.
