Email Alert for Lead Scoring
Our lead system is a mess... cos some accounts are owned by sales, some are by marketing, some are in the lead queue. I can't change all accounts back under leads/marketing because of "political" issue. However, I am implementing a scoring system to identify potential opportunites/leads.
I'd like to set an alert if any lead score for any contacts to be sent to the account owner/lead owner. Is there a way that i can set an alert under Smart Campaign?
