Email Alert for Lead Scoring

Our lead system is a mess... cos some accounts are owned by sales, some are by marketing, some are in the lead queue.  I can't change all accounts back under leads/marketing because of "political" issue.  However, I am implementing a scoring system to identify potential opportunites/leads.

I'd like to set an alert if any lead score for any contacts to be sent to the account owner/lead owner.  Is there a way that i can set an alert under Smart Campaign?

Do you want to send an alert when Lead Score is changed? Or when it surpasses a number, like when score is >30? You can create a campaign like:

I need that to work for ANY campaigns/contacts .. So  i just create a campaign to say score higher than 100 (for example), trigger an alert to account owner and whoever need to receive that?
