I have inherited an instance that uses Email Editor 1.0. I'm not sure if my client will be able to upgrade as the instance is shared worldwide. Could someone provide a list of the functionality available in Email Editor 1.0 - so I can get an understanding of what's possible in this version, in terms of email template modules, repeating regions etc

No modules, no repeating regions, no variables (which limits the possibility to create things such as modifiable background images), elements limited to text zones (which is error prone when creating CTA's or images).

We have upgraded many customers so far and all in all, migrating is really worth it in term of email quality, flexibility to the users. With v1, you usually end up with tens of templates, or users spending there lives in the HTML code, much more glitches, etc...
