Email linked being clicked 15 times by same person - bot?

Wondering if the community has been seeing this as well.

Here is an example of same person clicking the same email link 4 times at the same time, there is another example where one of our team members reports it at 15 times for the same person.

What is the cause of this? Any insight appreciated.
