email performance reports not showing data

Hi - I am trying to build an email performance report on emails that I sent in 2019, but no data is being displayed. Anyone else experience this? Is there a reason for it? Jackie

Hi @jackie_mccarthy ,

 

Only reason for not showing data in email performance report if emails are skipped from sending (case of over communication limits).

 

I recommend to go through smart campaigns results responsible for sending emails from  marketo.

I'm confused as to how that would happen... it's just the performance of a specific email that was sent months ago... Is there any other explanation?
