Email Program vs Nurture Program
Hi All,
I am looking for some help in determining whether to build an email program with a smart campaign or a traditional nurture program. We are prepping for a new release and want to ensure our potential sellers complete a list of steps prior to being accepted. Their stages in salesforce will determine what email messages they receive. The issue that I am having is that these messages need to be timed at various cadences and some will require additional followups beyond just one email. I am pretty stumped and on a tight deadline here so any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
