Email Script token various urls

Hey guys,

Hoping for some help here. Can anybody help me identify the email script token I should use (or find another strategy) to have various URLs be on a button depending on the lead owner email address?

We are doing a campaign where people can click the button to go to the page to submit a referral. However, we have various links depending on the lead owner email address so that the referral gets routed to that lead owner.
