The flow works as follows: Lead hits my CRM Lead is sent to Marketo Lead is sent to a Nurture Lead goes through cadence, etc., etc. The question is: Is there a way for marketo to automatically send them an email and not wait until the stream cadence starts?

You can certainly send them an email, but not an actual stream cast. Do you mean “send them the first email in a given stream” specifically?
