Email Sent to Spam

Hi everyone,

I would like to investigate why my email sent from Marketo was put into Spam. Does anyone know where I can find more information about what could have caused this?

You can do a couple of things:
  • find people with bounces and add Bounced Reason to the list view.
  • Get the email deliverability pack (250ok.com) and have it tell you more about inbox percentages, etc.

Hi Tara, yes it is. Marketo Support was very helpful with that.

I'm sure you've already checked, but is your SPF & DKIM set up properly?
