Email spacing problems

Is there a fix to the spacing problems that seem to come up with every email I create. See attached for an example.

In the editor, it appears as one line of text.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

You might need to be a bit more specific. Are you use a Marketo template? If so, which one?

If it's a custom template, pasting the whole code might help other users to troubleshoot. Thanks!

further to @phillipwi1's questions, is this a problem in every email client? Have you run it through litmus, or email on acid? Is it universal?

It's the Marketo Quick Start Email template that I'm using. I've tested it in Outlook, Gmail, and Yahoo and it happens on all of them.
