Email template custom font family not rendering in email clients

Custom font family not rendering in email clients like gmail, outlook,... But its working on marketo email preview.

Tried with font-face method and via <link> in header.

You'll need to provide a lot more info, like the relevant parts of your HTML (please highlight, and you don't need to include the whole thing).

Marketo Email Preview doesn't emulate a client, so it's always compatible b/c all web browsers are.

I used web font as you said but getting difference in font-family. Thanks.

First — need highlighted code, not screenshots. Consider accessibility.

Second — you cannot expect it to work in Gmail, as per the link I provided earlier, Gmail only supports a tiny set of built-in non-local fonts.
