Email Template testing issue - Email on acid

hi all, i literally created an email and used every module we have available, so that i could check the final displaysa on different clients/devices. the whole email in the eoa preview has come up purple! please can anyone help?

If you have issues with email, I'd request you to post the email HTML so people here could take a look and help you fix it.

Hi @hoppers13 

Before stating any resolution, I would recommend you test the below:
- Try to preview the email in Marketo Email Designer

- Try sending a sample to your email, to check if that is coming as purple
- Validate your HTML and CSS in Marketo Template Designer.

- Try sending any other email created from your new template to EOA, check if that is also coming purple.

Hope this will help to reach the root cause.
