Email tracking link redirects to home page

Hi all, when creating and sending an email in Marketo, if we enable ' track link' on a link in the email, the link always redirects to our home page, regardless of where the link should go. This happens whether or not the 'Include mkt_tok' option is also selected. If 'track link' is de-selected, the link works fine. Any suggestions? Here is an example of a tracked link that should go to a demo form landing page, but re-directs to our home page:

Because you have your branding domain alias (go.cyera.io) pointing to the wrong CNAME. You have it pointing to cyera.mktoweb.com. That’s your Landing Page CNAME. The branding domain CNAME is found in Admin, usually mkto-{something}.com.
