Emailing a Contact Who Has Opted Out of Emails

Hi there, we need to send a mass email to all contacts in a campaign, regardless of if they have opted out of marketing emails because it is not a marketing email being sent, but instead a support email. Is there a setting that allows the email to actually send to those opted out contacts?

Indeed, there is.

 

Email --> Edit Draft --> Email Settings --> Check "Operational email (Bypass Unsubscribe/Marketing Suspended)"
