Embedded Video in Marketo email

Hi Team,

Need assistance with this,

Vidyard video is embedded in marketo email it shows in preview in marketo but the video image is not showing up in outlook.

There can be multiple reasons for this: internet issues, security settings, safe mode, and many others. 

To begin with, review outlook's default settings whether the download images option is checked or not.

Hi @deepthisw 

 

There might be issue with the outlook code, might be you have to add some additional code/hack for outlook.

 

Please share your code for more clarification.

Did you check whether the pictures were downloaded? If you add any other image in the email, do you see it getting rendered in Outlook? If not, the first step is to ensure that you've selected the Download pictures options below:
