Engagement score for nested program Nurtures?

We want to use the nested program (Default/Event) under engagement program. Want to know if its impact the Engagement score and Dashboard reporting, you normally see on standard engagement program setup where email asset are used instead of programs?

Per the documentation, the engagement score is based on program membership and success status, not email interaction (clicks, opens, unsubscribes).
