Engagement Stream Flow

Situation: We have set a stream to add 8 email and cadence will be 2 weeks. First, two email was sent successfully. But we are looking to send out the emails 3 and 4 at the cadence of 3 weeks. (Screenshot attached below)

Question: In this scenario, will the leads receive emails 1, 2, and so on. Or will they receive 3 and 4 which are the immediate emails to be sent out?

Suren,

An engagement stream will not send out the same email asset within the same stream to the same person more than once. So if these people are still in the stream and the cadence hits, they will receive the first new email in top-down order.

Devraj is obviously correct -- changing the cadence time will not restart anything for any reason -- if they are queued up to get email 4, they will still get email 4 at the new cadence.

Thanks for this. We understood the cadence change will not affect the email queue. But we would need the first three emails to be deployed at a cadence of two weeks. Please advice.

In that case, you need to create another stream with the 3 week cadence for email 4 and the others. Once people have exhausted the content in the first stream with the 3 emails 2 weeks apart, then they can enter the next stream with the cadence of 3 weeks. You can use transition rules to move these people or an outside smart campaign with the flow step "Change Engagement Program Stream".
