Error 611

Hi, I tried to create a request, but all of them send the same error message: {"requestId":"1290#167f1092779","success":false,"errors":[{"code":"611","message":"System error"}]}

I tried with different users, roles and tokens but nothing seems to work, also I tried to create a support ticket but the option is not available on the support page.

Does anybody knows how to solve this?

You must provide the URL, HTTP method, and real JSON payload if we're going to look further into this here.

A malformed JSON payload can generate 611 errors from some endpoints, but we'd need to know exactly what you're doing to know whether it's reproducible or something you need to open a ticket for.
