Error approving Email — HTML error, 'html' tag is missing

I saw someone has previously posted this question https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Product-Discussions/Error-approving-Email-HTML-error-html-tag-is-missing/m-p/175964

 

The suggestions are to add </html> to the end of your code or validate the code. I have tried both of these and am still receiving this error. Please help!

Please provide the first few lines of your email markup.  And use the "Insert/Edit Code Sample" syntax highighter so they're readable:

I do not see that as an option - where can I find that?
