Experiencing issue with display value vs stored value in forms?

I have a form where I set the display value to be different than the stored value. Once I save the form and test on the webpage, the value is missing completely from the dropdown menu (both display and stored values). Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a work around?

Hi Kathi,

Are you using visibility rules?  If so, you need to have the values listed in the main Value list for the field or it won't be available in the visibility rules list.  Does that make sense?

Ah, that was the problem. I changed that and it corrected it right away. Thanks for the solution!
