Export all fields in Marketo that are mapped to Microsoft Dynamics fields

Hi There,
We'd like to export all fields in Marketo that are mapped to Microsoft Dynamics fields. As there are currently no direct option in Marketo to export the full mapping of Marketo fields with Dynamics, could you help with investigating this possibility?
