Extend the SFDC "automap" capability to other Marketo system fields

With the suppression of the MLM packages, we now can create fields in SFDC that will automatically be mapped with Marketo system fields. e.g. Lead score: if one creates the field "mkto71_Lead_Score" in SFDC, Marketo will automatically map it.

This idea is that it should be possible to do the same for some other Marketo "system" fields that do not currently map. Amongst other things:

• Email invalid
• Email invalid cause
