ExternalCompanyID Update through ZAPIER

Hello!! 

I'm trying to update ExternalcompanyID field through ZAPIER, and I receive the error bellow. 

I'm just using mapping the email and ExternalCompanyID. Could you help with this issue please? 

In case I could not update ExternalCompanyID via API, how could I update this field?

The error is self-explanatory: that Company ID needs to exist.

I'm pretty new in Marketo, so maybe you can help me. I cannot import ExternalCompanyID, either update it trhough API. I want to integrate opportunities into Marketo (I do not have SF or Dynamics).

 

As far as I understood, I need to enable "Opportunity Role" table, Is this correct? How can I do it?

You would use the Company API for that. That's how you get the ID to then link in the externalCompanyID field.
