Do you have the proper type of account for that value?

Does anyone know how to map custom fields? EG: Create a new field on the Facebook side. From the looks of it you can't add custom fields because we can't map them properly in Facebook.

Hi Justin,

First you need to create a form with all of the fields you want completed (including custom fields). Once your form is published, go back to the Facebook Lead Ads service on Launchpoint and edit it.

  1. The first screen will be to edit the display name (Click Next)
  2. The second screen with be to re-authroize the account (You don't have to, Click next)
  3. The third screen will have you select the Facebook page(s) connected to Marketo  (click next)
  4. The fourth screen is where you can see all the fields available on Facebook that can be mapped to Marketo
  5. Click the 'Add' button and look for the Facebook field you created when you built the form from the dropwdown
  6. Then map it to the Marketo field in the dropdown.
  7. Click Save

A couple of days ago that help document pointed to a sign-up page for Marketo to wait-list customers on the roll out. I think they've now deployed it without the wait list but it's probably rolling out slowly.

Any resolution to this. We have an open ticket with Marketo also on the same subject. Yes, Admin rights I'm wondering if the issue is because a FB service already existed.

Sorry, not sure if I understood, you mean correct marketo account?

You require Admin Permissions, you may need to speak to your Marketo administrator for help on this.
