Field "Notes" not showing in smart list

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying a create a smart list using the field "Notes" in which I have stored the different type of newsletter I have. When creating the smart list, I can't have this field "Notes" displayed. Any idea ? How could I move all the information in Notes to another field witout using smart list?

Are you searching for "Notes" on the right-hand side of the Smart List editor?

 

Also, the field may be presented on a form with the label Notes but the underlying field is likely "Person Notes", "Comments", etc.
