Find who marked us as spam

I would like to be able to see who marked us as spam on a particular campaign, the same way I can see who unsubscribed from that list.

Mailchimp does it, read here http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-did-i-get-an-abuse-complaint. And from what I know I cannot do that with Marketo, and I think it could add value if you added this feature

The "Unsubscribed" attribute.

Please remember that this will not show all leads that have marked a message as spam. Also remember that these leads should not be communicated with again, unless they explicitly opt-in at a later date.

Justin, you are telling me to create a smart using using "data value changes".

But which attribute is the one that changes from False to True with that Reason?

Mailchimp won't do this actually, because it's not even possible in some situtations. In fact, here is another Mailchimp article explaining why.

For example, Gmail's privacy policy is that they will not tell senders the identity of individuals that marked a message as spam. Instead, the feedback they give is aggregate (e.g. 7 leads marked a message as spam, but not information about who it was).

There is a partial mechanism you can use in Marketo to see a list of folks that have marked a message as spam (again, this is not a complete list so avoid making false assumptions about the contents of this list).

You can create a smart list using "Data Value Changes" with constraints "Previous Value=False," "New Value=True," "Reason=Customer complaint received from ISP."
