It looks like there are some issues with the HTML you posted - maybe it did not translate correctly into the text area. Could you try and re-post your code using the </> Insert/Edit Code Sample button in the toolbar rather than pasting it directly into the text area? You can find the </> icon in the toolbar by clicking the ... (Expand Toolbar) button on the far right.
