Force an email to overrull other emails in a nurturing program

Question

HiWe have today 6 different nurturing programs, depending on where you are in our customer journey. In the different streams, we have created a lot of content to be send out each week. But sometimes we have a big news that we want all our leads in our nurturing flows to receive. Is it possible to add an email to our nurturing programs there overrull all the existing content for only 1 send-out? Kasper

Hi Kasper Londal​, If you add content to the top of the stream then it will send to everyone in the next pass. If you click on the cog beside the email in the stream you will beable to limit its availability. You could then set that to cover the period you need to send the email and then it will expire. Correct. The content is read from the top down. If you add it to the top of the stream then everyone will get sent it in the next cast no matter where they are.
