form field values passed from email

I will be sending emails to existing leads for a survey solicitation. The email will include a custom field value that is the unique identifier for the lead.

If a lead clicks through the email to fill out the Marketo form (survey), is it possible for the form to capture the custom field value that was included in the outbound email?

Hi Hank,

It sounds like maybe you want to set the value of a hidden field using a URL parameter:
https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LH7uCAG

Hi Grant,

Your link is redirecting to the product doc home page. (community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LH7uCAG)

Any chance you have a new link? Or the name of the article that I could search for? Thanks!

Hey Ashely,

Try these:

Set a Hidden Form Field Value - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

Set a Form Field as Hidden - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

When Marketo switched community platforms a while back the old community links stopped working, so you'll run into that from time to time in old discussions.
