Form fillout data not getting captured

Hi, 

I using a landing page with utms for email and social as medium to identify the medium were traffic came from. But when I am filling the form using the URL no data is captured in the Marketo campaign. Can anyone help me with it?

@meghana_15 as Sanford said, we need more information before knowing what is going on. For starters, since you are trying to capture UTM medium - does your form have a hidden field looking for the url parameter or utm_medium (see attached)? If not, it will not capture it.

 

You can always look at the Form Fill activity in the activity log to see what URL was captured when filling the form to ensure that the utms are present at form fill

Do you have your Hidden fields set up accordingly? Are you expecting to write to Program Member-level fields or Lead-level fields? Please describe your setup in full detail.
