Forms 2.0 Follow Up Pages

I want to use a 2.0 form as my system Master Form. The issue I am running into the follow up pages. What I am seeing is that the only way to have the appropriate follow up page show is to have a hidden field in the form and use parameters for every page. Is this the only way?

I really hope not because we have a lot of pages and this would be extremely time consuming.

Jeff - you can define this at the form level (within form settings) or landing page level.  Both options are below:

Is there any way to open the External URL page in a new browser window?

Thanks Dan, for some reason I remembered Landing Page and External URL greyed out in the past. Must be Friday...
