How do we differentiate the forms? We are giving different scores to those that complete a content and contact form, but can't find where this is listed.

If you keep using Marketo's structure, the form needs to have those words in the name. So:

"Form - Content Page" - would trigger the 3rd choice, "Form - Event - Webinar 0521204" would trigger the 2nd choice (Event), etc.

Yes, the way this is set up is based on the form name. You could change the constraints to meet your needs if you wanted.

Hi,

I want to know what is the difference between a contact and content form? Like what does it mean. Does it mean when some says contact me thats when we should give them a contact form and content form is when they subscribe for information?

Hi Vyshak, yes. It's just the way you're categorizing them in Marketo. The main difference is that one is likely to have more/different fields than the other. But, without the naming difference, Marketo has no idea that they're different because they're both still forms.

So the name of the form determines the type of form how I have it set up?

Hi Jason,

I know how to change the scores (using tokens as you described), but how do I know if the form is content or contact?

Click on the "My Tokens" tab to see the score values...looks like you imported the scoring program from Marketo.
