Forms Report

We should to be able to run a report for the total number of submissions for each form for a given time period. If I could get really greedy, I would love to see the form name, and the number of total submissions *and* unique submissions for each form. But total submissions by each form name for a time frame would be incredibly valuable as a basic reporting/analytics report. 

The landing page report is useless unless your forms are all hosted on Marketo landing pages.
