Hi,

I faced a problem while sending a test email to myself.

"This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. learn about spooling".

I searched in one of link but i didn't understood clearly. Please anyone give clarification what is the reason for this type of message.

Thanks in advance.

  1. Check that your SPF is set up correctly
  2. Is the sending email from the same domain as your branding domain ?
  3. Have you left some URL untracked in your email? This may happen for instance if you add a CTA with a link in a token and add this token to the email.

Yes, of course, you can suggest him the above. the 1st item relates to how Marketo and the CNAME were implemented. The 2 others relate to how he operates Marketo.
