Gone Dark Nurture Campaign

I created a Gone Dark Nurture Campain, but the Pause Nurture is not working and members are receiving emails even though they are paused. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Hi there - Have you verified that the people receiving emails are truly paused? It's possible that you have conflicting campaigns that are un-pausing these individuals. If you could show us the activity on one of the affected lead's records that would help.

    I actually figured it out. I took the people out. Set it up again and it worked. Thank you anyways.
