Google Redirect Notice for all links in email

Since this morning, whenever I click a link in a test email I send myself, google shows a Redirect Notice of the url that I've linked to, requiring folks to click again on the URL to navigate there. 

Our domain is verified and this hasn't been happening. It's only been since today that this has started.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
