gotowebinar Confirmation Email

Hi everyone,

Hope you can help me on this. I am setting a webinar and we are registering people via Marketo but also directly through gotowebinar.

I want people who is registered via Marketo to received our branded email but people who gets registered outside our data base gets the gotowebinar standard confirmation email.

Is this possible?

    Hi Diego,

    Unfortunately you cannot do this because the setting is in Gotowebinar.

    You can either turn the confirmation email on or off.

    In this scenario, I would consider using the Gotowebinar confirmation email only.

    If a turn the confirmation email off. Can I later send the confirmation manually from gtw to those registering outside Marketo?

    Hi Diego,

    No, but you could send them the confirmation from Marketo if you import them to Marketo.

    GoToWebinar doesn't have a lot of email marketing functionality or customization.
