Have the ability to change the Marketo Sync User for MS Dynamics

If the Marketo sync user for MS Dynamics sync changes or the credentials are compromised the only way to resolve this is to create a new instance. 

There should be a way to change the sync user's username and password to allow for quick updates without having to restart on a new instance.
