Have the {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} token available on MS Dynamics

We have that capability as well.  It's not out-of-the-box, but is very easy to create.  Here's the alert:

This token will give you the GUID of the record in D365: {{lead.SFDC Lead ID}}.  Simply create this URL to include this link in your alerts:

[YOUR SUBDOMAIN NAME].crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx?etc=4&id=%7b{{lead.SFDC Lead ID}}%7d&pagetype=entityrecord

Maybe I was not precise enough. The token is well supported for Dynamics users, but the generated link is limited to the activity log on Marketo.

IMO what is really interesting in this token (Salesforce version), is the generated link to the contact/lead window of the CRM :

Less clicks & searches for the sales teams...

This token supports D365 as well.  I can see how this would be confusing based on the name of this token.  But here's what's displayed when included in an alert (highlighted section):
