Having trouble removing email background color

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to remove the background color in one of the old templates - EM – B-Shoes v1 (EM – B-Shoes v1 | Marketo Templates). In reviewing the code, I don't see an editable email background color tag (currently a light gray). Any thoughts?

Edit Code=>Search background=>change background: #ececec or remove.
