HeadStart box checked and scheduled, will all qualified members receive email if any changes happen within 12 hrs. in smart list?

I have set an email program where "HeadStart" checkbox is enabled.
There are 124 members qualified who will receive this communication just after 12 hours.
If the qualified lead got deleted, unsubscribed, over communicated, status changed to marketing suspended during 12 hrs.
Will all 124 qualified members will receive email at the time of schedule/send out?
