I have literally been trying for weeks to call, email our csm, live chat, escalations etc, and cannot get anyone to call me back or respond. Live Chat isnt helpful and literally no one is answering. I am the admin for our account. I have questions about our contract that I need answered. Can anyone from Marketo please call me? Ive never had a worse experience in 20 years of this industry.

Hey @dan_prokop ,

 

That is certainly not a great experience and I apologize for our lack of response. I've escalated your query to your account CSM and they should reach out to you ASAP. 

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend Amy's recommendation in contacting the mktocares address.

Dan,

Wow - that must be very frustrating.  I know Adobe have been on a company wide shutdown recently.

 

what country are you in?  Do you know who your CSM is?
