Hidden Form Field not populating SFDC custom field

Hello,

I have a hidden field on a Form that is populating the Marketo record but the value is not being synced over into SFDC. Any idea what the issue is? The UTM parameters I have get passed through fine with the form data but just the Hidden Field attribute is not syncing over into Salesforce.

If the field is being updated in Marketo, then this isn't form-related.

Does your SFDC sync user have visibility + permission to update the field?

If the field is updated in SFDC, is the change synced to Marketo?

Thanks Sanford and Josh for pointing me in the right direction. Looking into the profile permissions for the Marketo profile in SFDC I could see the edit permissions were disabled for the custom field.
