How can I manage the seed list for emails?

I want to be able to have a list of every type of email we send internally and then have empoyees be able to go into the form and select which sections of emails they would like to receive. Is there a way I can make a form that does this?

I think you are describing a subscription center, which you can learn how to buid with the Marketo Masters: Don't Let Them Unsubscribe (Subscription Management) help article that has a video and a PDF.
