How can I talk to someone for support

I really need to talk to someone for support for Marketo.

You've been set up as an authorized support contact for your account and you should be able to either submit a case through the Support Portal or you can also give us a call, Marketo Support contact info can be found here - About Support

@terri13duong, you should raise a support case with Marketo for any product feature issue/support related item. As mentioned in the earlier post you'd need to be an authorized user to raise support tickets for your Marketo instance, if not, you can get yourself added as an authorized user by an existing authorized user of your Marketo account. However, if you have any contracting/subscription/renewal related queries I think you should reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) directly.

Linda,

You will need to make sure you are on the approved communication list for Marketo support otherwise they will not help. If you are an administrator you should be on the list.

Also, click on the Products & Support tab ^ and  you will see how to submit a ticket as well as phone numbers to call.
