how come you don't get influenced after clicking on the email?

After creating a program on Marketo and creating an email and a Smar Campaign, how come you don't get influenced after clicking on the email?

If you mean Program Status, you have to create a smart campaign that says

Clicked Link in Email in this Program

then

Program Status=Clicked = Success

I personally don't recommend it in the age of spam bots but you can do it.
