How do I add a salesforce look-up field to a Marketo email?

How do I add a salesforce look-up field to a Marketo email without it putting the record ID? 

example:

I heard you were sent an application from 0014O000027E3V2QAK and I wanted to check in and see if you had any questions. 

0014O000027E3V2QAK is an account look up in SF. I need it to show the name of the account and not the number
