How do I add or remove names from the 'Author' list when creating new Programs?

As I am trying to set up Programs I see my name is not on the list of 'Author' and there are other names of people no longer with my organization.  How do I edit this information?  I am new to Marketo, so if this is so simple you are laughing at me...please laugh and point, but point me in the right direction.

This is a Tag so you need to go to Admin>Tags>Author and add a new value to this Tag. Only an Admin can do this.
