How do I find my customer support administrator?

I saw the below instructions but could not find any "my info" box in the left hand side. Please advise

Please contact your internal Customer Support Administrator for further assistance. The name of your Customer Support Administrator is available by going to the Support tab of the Marketo Community and looking in the My Info box on the left hand side.

Hit the "submit a case" black button:

and then the My info:
