Im setting up an engagement program and would like an SC that removes someone from the program and all streams if certain criteria matches. I ran a search for 'remove someone from engagement program' and came up with nothing. How do I do this?

Christina,

To pause a lead in the engagement program, change their engagement program cadence to paused.

I like to create a stream called "Success" or "Completed".  I then have external workflows that set criteria to move people into those buckets. For example, if I'm nurturing someone and suddenly they make a purchase I move them into the Success stream. If they disqualify for any reason I put them in Completed.

This way I can better understand what's happened to people in my Nurture and if I need to put them back into a Nurture I don't start them from scratch.

How do you pause someone? I want them to stop getting any content in the engagement program but I certainly dont want to lose the stats. There's no option in flow step 'change program status'.

Yes, the above solution would remove the lead. However, I believe that would also remove any stats.

It depends on why you want to remove them, but I tend to just have them paused from that particular nurture (if they're jumping to a different one, etc).

Hi Christina,

I believe if you change their program status to Not in Program, that should remove the lead from the engagement program.
